We Are v87 — Malaysia's Online Betting Platform of Choice

V87 is an online betting and casino platform built specifically with Malaysian players' needs at its core. We understand that local players want more than just games — they want a trustworthy experience, a seamless process, and service that makes them feel genuinely valued.

The team behind v87 comprises seasoned professionals from the fintech, cybersecurity, and digital entertainment industries. This combination of expertise allows us to build a platform that is not only visually appealing but also technically robust and secure in protecting player data.

We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every feature in v87 — from the user interface to the withdrawal system — is designed based on real feedback from our ever-growing Malaysian player community.

V87's Vision and Mission in Malaysia's Betting Industry

V87's vision is simple yet meaningful — to be the most trusted and most loved online betting platform among Malaysian players. We are not chasing size alone. What matters more to us is the quality of experience we deliver to every player who entrusts us with their time and money.

Our mission is to provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment — where every player, whether a casual player in it for fun or a serious player chasing big wins, is treated equally well. We believe that trust is not something that can be bought with advertising — it must be proven through action, day after day.

How Does v87 Ensure Fair Play?

Fairness is at the core of everything we do at v87. All slots and RNG (Random Number Generator)-based games offered on our platform use software that has been tested and audited by internationally recognised independent bodies. This means every slot spin, every blackjack hand, and every roulette wheel is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party — including v87 itself.

For live casino games, we partner with world-class providers such as Evolution Gaming and SA Gaming, who use real physical equipment streamed live from licensed studios. No computer animation, no manipulation of outcomes — you watch a real game unfold live, directly on your screen.

Player Data Protection and Privacy

V87 takes the protection of every player's personal data seriously. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all communications between players' devices and our servers. Players' personal data is never sold or shared with third parties without player consent, except as required by applicable law.

The identity verification (KYC) process we carry out is to protect players themselves — ensuring no one else can access or withdraw funds from your account without your authorisation. Once KYC is complete, withdrawals are processed automatically with no unnecessary red tape.

Responsible Gaming — A Commitment We Stand By

V87 believes that the enjoyment of gaming is every player's right — but that enjoyment must remain within healthy and responsible boundaries. That is why our platform is equipped with a range of self-control tools that players can use at any time, including:

• Daily and weekly deposit limits that players can set themselves
• Loss limits for specific sessions to prevent overspending
• Temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off period) option for players who need a break
• Full self-exclusion option for players who wish to stop completely
• Easy access to support resources and counseling for problem gambling issues

We also do not accept registrations from individuals under 18 years of age. Our age verification system is designed to ensure the v87 platform is used only by eligible adults.

Customer Support That Truly Helps

One of the aspects most frequently praised by v87 players is the quality of our customer support. Unlike other platforms that offer robotic or templated responses that fail to address the actual question, v87's support team consists of trained individuals who truly understand the platform and can resolve player issues quickly and effectively.

Support is available via in-platform live chat, and our team is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. Our average live chat response time is under 2 minutes — because we understand that when players have an issue, they don't want to wait.

The Growing v87 Player Community

Behind all the numbers and statistics, v87 is fundamentally about community. The 500,000+ Malaysian players who have registered with us are not just users — they are part of the v87 family. Their feedback shapes every update we make, every new feature we add, and every improvement we roll out.

We listen. We learn. And we keep pushing to be better every day. If you are not yet part of the v87 community, we invite you to register today and experience the difference for yourself.
